Version 1.3 released!

Hello everyone, I'd just like to let you know that I've done a complete rewrite of bktGlitch, fixing bugs, improving platform compatibility and performance. I have made a few changes to the API to simplify the usage a bit as well, but apart from that, everything should behave as it used to. I highly recommend you update your existing GMS2 projects to this version.
